Role Overview

As a responsible member of the project team, you will take on a key role and develop innovative concepts and features for our process supply systems. The development of C on embedded systems forms the core of your professional activity, where you will integrate security-by-design principles from threat analysis to secure implementation of cryptographic functions.

What You Will Do

You will check the correct function and security of the software with modern measuring instruments, automated test systems, and static security analysis. You will drive commissioning and system verification forward, while considering security aspects at all times.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
  • Practical experience in programming real-time systems in C
  • Knowledge in Python, such as data evaluation or automation of workflows
  • Familiarity with methods of embedded security such as threat modeling (e.g. STRIDE) or static security analysis
  • Knowledge of secure development lifecycle and common cryptographic procedures such as HMAC-SHA256, Ed25519, or AES
  • Relevant security standards such as IEC 62443-4.2 or the Cyber Resilience Act
  • Analytical problem-solving competence and a high sense of responsibility
  • Secure German and English knowledge
