Role Overview

Working under the supervision of the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer (or designee), the role is responsible for leading and advancing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of compliance monitoring and testing, third party management, and Transparency in the EMEA region.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include overseeing third party management, developing and implementing compliance processes, leading compliance training efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in compliance, legal, or related function within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, with strong familiarity with EMEA healthcare compliance frameworks and transparency requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
