IT Security Engineer

Role Overview

As an IT Security Engineer, you will work in a dynamic and innovative environment, designing and implementing company-wide IT security processes, analyzing and evaluating IT security-relevant questions, and developing and maintaining dashboards for connectivity and security key figures.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include continuous vulnerability management, testing vulnerabilities, and coordinating their elimination in complex environments, as well as serving as a contact person for regulatory institutions and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the IT security field
• Top-notch degree in computer science, IT security, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Very good knowledge of IT security tools (e.g. Tenable, Qualys, Nessus), SIEM/SOC environments, network and system architectures
• Experience in building security processes and dashboards (e.g. with Power BI, Grafana or similar solutions)
• Secure negotiation skills in German and English in writing and speaking
