International VAT Compliance Manager

Role Overview

The Indirect Tax team in PwC Poland consists of over 100 experienced experts in value-added tax, customs, excise tax, and environmental taxes. We implement projects related to, among others, trade turnover, e-invoicing, real estate transactions, ESG, or municipal investment structuring. We work with domestic and international clients, providing services from 6 PwC offices in Poland (Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, and Gdańsk).

What You Will Do

Manage international VAT compliance projects for clients operating on multiple markets, mainly European ones. Oversee the preparation and verification of VAT declarations, project documents, tax advice, and other correspondence. Coordinate VAT registration, reporting, and ongoing compliance processes in various jurisdictions.

If you have at least 5 years of experience in VAT Compliance, preparing or verifying VAT declarations, tax advice, or work in an international tax department. Experience in project management and coordinating team work. Knowledge of VAT processes in an international environment.
