Role Overview

As a Manager in our Swiss Tax Compliance team, you will take responsibility for managing client engagements across the full tax compliance cycle, including the review of corporate income tax returns, withholding tax declarations, tax calculations, tax provisions, and Pillar Two (QDMTT) reporting requirements. You will take ownership of client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor on corporate tax compliance matters while collaborating with interdisciplinary and international teams across our global network.

What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities will include taking ownership of corporate tax compliance engagements for leading Swiss and multinational companies, managing the full tax compliance lifecycle, leading and coordinating tax audits with cantonal tax authorities and the Swiss Federal Tax Administration, and reviewing OECD Pillar Two (QDMTT) filings, GIR notifications, and related reporting obligations.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in corporate taxation and tax compliance
  • Certified Tax Expert qualification (or equivalent)
  • Passion for delivering practical client solutions
  • Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios, drive projects, and identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and tax transformation initiatives
  • Fluent in German and English; French language skills are a plus
  • Strong interest in digitalization, AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with exposure to tax technology, AI tools, or agent-based solutions considered a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex matters
  • Collaborative team player with initial leadership experience and a passion for coaching and developing junior professionals
